Our Services
We design for new construction of, and renovations or additions to, single family homes and duplexes. We also design interior renovations for condominiums and townhouses, as well as interior designs for all types of residences, including rental apartments.
Fees are either based on a percentage of construction cost or hourly rate, depending on the type and scale of the project. Sliding scale fees are available to low or no-income homes.
